Taking place every Friday and Saturday evening from November 29th through December 22nd, this two-hour, hands-on experience runs from 7 pm to 9 pm and promises festive fun in an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the season’s warmth and joy.

Our workshops begin with a warm welcome, featuring a drink of your choice – whether it’s a bubbly prosecco, a refreshing spritz, or a classic coffee, the choice is yours to kick off the evening in style. Alongside this, you’ll be treated to a chef-selected snack that sets the stage for an indulgent experience. From there, our Brunetti Classico team will lead you through every step of gingerbread construction, from assembling the walls and roof to adding those whimsical finishing touches. Our staff are pros at turning gingerbread into art, and they’re here to help you every step of the way, whether you’re a seasoned gingerbread architect or a complete beginner.

This workshop is an ideal experience to share with friends, family, or even colleagues looking for a team-building activity with a sweet twist. Each participant will have their own gingerbread house to decorate, creating a unique masterpiece that reflects their style – so come prepared to explore your inner artist! There will also be a festive selection of decorative treats on hand, giving you the freedom to build the gingerbread house of your dreams, whether you prefer classic decor or a modern, colourful twist.

Throughout the evening, additional drinks and snacks will be available for purchase, allowing you to enjoy our full selection of Brunetti Classico treats and beverages. This evening is designed for enjoyment at your own pace, making it an excellent way to wind down from a busy work week or to catch up with friends in a setting that combines holiday charm with the sophistication of our iconic Brunetti Classico Private Dining Room in Carlton.
