Whilst we will endeavour to meet your dietary needs, our products are all produced & prepared on equipment that may contain small traces, residue or may have been in contact with allergenic substances and therefore we cannot give a guarantee that potential allergen transference has not occurred somewhere in the process. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that any items sold are free from traces of allergens.
Standard product orders must be cancelled by 10am at least 3 days prior to the delivery/pickup date in order to receive a full refund.
Customised product orders must be cancelled by 10am at least 5 days prior to the delivery/pickup date in order to receive a full refund.
In the case of a snap lockdown for cancelations that dont meet the required notice times a voucher for the full amount (valid for 3 years) will be issued for all orders of standard products that are stocked in store.
If the premises is unattended at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your order, it will be taken back to 380 Lygon Street, Carlton where it will remain for collection. There will be no second delivery option.
All orders must be inspected on pick up or upon delivery to confirm everything that was ordered is there. Any complaints regarding presentation must be expressed immediately before taking the cake.
Any complaints regarding cake quality must be addressed within 24 hours and a sample of the product must be returned in store for evaluation.
Please be advised tiered and barrel cakes are made up of multiple cakes stacked on top of each other. For stability purposes, cake boards are positioned between each level of cake and straws/crosses are placed within the tiers. All products are food grade and this is common practice when making tiered/barrel cakes.
Please note all of our cakes are hand made and therefore may vary slightly from photo example. All cakes pictured may be different in proportions depending on sizing selected.
We cannot guarentee a date and time for delivery as this is dependant on the postal service. You will be provided a tracking number for your parcel. All chocolate and edible items shipped via australia post will leave brunetti in perfect condition and be packed to the best of our abilities. Brunetti cannot gaurentee they will not melt or break while in transit. If you place this order you acknowledge it is a risk and no refunds will be provided for damaged chocolate items.
