From June 13–16, Brunetti Classico is once again celebrating Cannoli Day with five days dedicated to freshly piped cannoli, creamy ricotta fillings and classic Italian flavours across all Brunetti Classico locations.

In partnership with Floridia Cheese, this year’s Cannoli Day celebrations are bigger, fresher and more indulgent than ever, with special pricing, limited-edition flavours and live piping activations bringing a little slice of Sicily to Melbourne.

At the heart of Cannoli Day is the tradition of piping cannoli fresh to order — because when it comes to cannoli, freshness matters.

Throughout the celebration, guests visiting Brunetti Classico Carlton and Melbourne Museum will be able to experience live piping activations, watching crisp shells filled on the spot with rich, creamy fillings.

From silky vanilla crema to chocolate custard and fresh ricotta, every cannolo is finished fresh for the perfect balance of crunch and creaminess.

Limited Edition Cannoli Flavours

Leading this year’s line-up is the special edition Tiramisu Cannoli, created in collaboration with Floridia Cheese and featuring rich mascarpone flavours inspired by the beloved Italian dessert.

Joining the specials is the Hot Honey & Ricotta Cannoli, made with Floridia ricotta and Bippi hot honey, balancing creamy sweetness with a subtle chilli warmth.

Alongside the specials, Brunetti Classico’s signature flavours will also be available throughout the promotion, including:
