If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate the end of the year — something hands-on, delicious, and just a little bit cheeky — this is it. Our Build & Sip Workshops combine everything you love about the holidays: gingerbread, good company, great drinks, and of course, Brunetti Classico’s signature flair.

A Festive Night Out Like No Other

Held every weekend in December at Brunetti Classico Carlton, each 1.5-hour workshop is your chance to roll up your sleeves, unleash your creativity, and build your very own gingerbread house masterpiece. You’ll be guided by one of our talented Brunetti Classico chefs, who will show you how to assemble, decorate, and perfect your edible creation.

No experience needed — just bring your holiday spirit! We’ll provide everything you need, including a complete gingerbread house kit filled with freshly baked panels, icing, and plenty of sweets to bring your vision to life.

It wouldn’t be a Brunetti Classico event without a touch of indulgence. Every ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival — the perfect way to toast to the festive season — plus a Brunetti Classico aperitivo treat to enjoy while you build.
