Textured Buttercream Cakes

Textured buttercream is great way to elevate an otherwise plain looking cake. Using a range of tools to place and carve out sections of buttercream allows our cake decorators to make a unique cake every time.

Add carved buttercream stripes to a 1st birthday party cake or use a rustic textured buttercream for your wedding cake!

Dried & Pressed Flower Cakes

Caked decorated with edible wildflowers are quickly becoming a hot trend for weddings in 2023.

Made with fondant or buttercream and a selection of edible dried and pressed flowers pressed into the sides and the top of the cake, these cakes are perfect for a rustic or bohemian style wedding!

Vintage and Retro Decorated Cakes

Vintage and retro cakes were one of the biggest cake trends of 2022 and have continued their popularity into 2023.

These decadently decorated cakes are perfect for any occasion, in particular valentine’s day, 18th birthdays, 21st birthdays and engagement parties.

These cakes can be made in any colour combination and customised to include a message written in buttercream on the top.

Heart Shaped Cakes

We have also been seeing this shape cake be popular for girls birthday parties and 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties.

Arch Shaped Cakes

This pretty cake trend is known by many names – cake top forward cake, standing cake and also an arch cake.

This cakes unique shape can easily elevate a simply decorated cake into something to marvel.

Balloon Cakes

Balloon or Chocolate sphere cakes are a super cute decoration style for gender reveal parties, baby showers, 1st birthday parties and children’s birthday parties. 

These chocolate balloons look fantastic and add lots of colour to your cake. The placement of these balloons and their colours can be completely customised to fit your needs.

Square Cakes

Another irregularly shaped cake, square cakes, or wall cakes stand tall with squared off corners.

These cakes are impressive and modern and their large flat surface make it great for decorating. We saw this cake as a popular cake in 2022 for weddings, baptisms, and birthday parties.

All orders require a minimum of 5-7 days notice. You can pick it up from our store in Carlton, or if that’s too far, we can deliver your cake anywhere in Melbourne!
