From this week, we’re excited to launch a new table ordering system across all Brunetti Classico locations, giving guests the flexibility to browse menus, place orders and pay directly from their table using their mobile phone.

Whether you’re joining us for a morning coffee, a long lunch with friends, dinner with family or a late-night dessert, ordering has never been easier. Simply scan the QR code at your table, explore our menu and place your order whenever you’re ready.

At Brunetti Classico, we’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience while maintaining the Italian hospitality and quality you’ve come to know and love.

Our new table ordering platform allows you to:

• Browse our full menu at your own pace
• Order food, drinks and desserts directly from your table
• Add additional items throughout your visit
• Pay securely from your phone
• Spend more time relaxing and enjoying your experience

Of course, guests who prefer ordering with our team can still do so. Our staff will continue to be available to assist you throughout your visit.

What About My Loyalty Points?

One question we’ve been hearing from our loyalty members is: “Can I still earn and redeem my rewards?”

The answer is yes.

Your Brunetti Classico loyalty account remains active and you can continue earning and redeeming points when making purchases at the counter.

Simply present your loyalty barcode to our team when ordering and we’ll ensure your points are added or redeemed as normal.

At this stage, loyalty rewards are not yet integrated into the new table ordering platform. This means points cannot currently be earned or redeemed on orders placed through the QR code system.

We’re actively working with our technology partners to bring loyalty integration to table ordering in the future and will keep our guests updated as developments become available.
