Then, in true Brunetti Classico style, we elevate it by filling the centre with our house-made gelati — a luxurious blend of nocciola (hazelnut) and pistacchio, churned fresh in-store using high-quality ingredients and Italian techniques.
The result is a stunning centrepiece dessert that’s both nostalgic and unexpected. The softness of the Panettone sponge pairs perfectly with the creamy richness of the gelato, creating a beautiful balance of texture and flavour in every bite.
