Chicken Pesto (Sliced roasted chicken breast, dressed with basil pesto, rocket and semi-dried tomatoes)
Sopressa (Sopressa salami, grilled artichokes, roasted capsicum and rocket)
Cottoletta (Chicken schnitzel, jarlsberg cheese, avocado, tomato & spinach with mayonnaise )
San Daniele (Prosciutto di Parma, marinated eggplant, fior di latte, rocket, sundried tomato paste)
Valdostana (Baked chicken breast, grilled pancetta, semi dried tomato, asiago cheese and rocket)
