Join us every weekend in December at Brunetti Classico Carlton for a 1.5-hour workshop that combines the joy of building your own gingerbread house with the relaxed pleasure of sipping, snacking, and celebrating the season. It’s the perfect way to gather your friends, toast to the year that’s been, and kick off the holidays in true Brunetti Classico style.
From the moment you arrive, the festive spirit begins. You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink — whether it’s something sparkling, classic, or festive — before settling into your station surrounded by the scent of freshly baked gingerbread and Christmas music floating through the air. Under the guidance of one of our talented Brunetti Classico chefs, you’ll spend the next hour and a half learning how to build, decorate, and personalise your own edible masterpiece.
Each ticket includes a complete gingerbread house kit, ready for you to assemble and adorn with icing, sweets, and plenty of creative flair. Don’t worry if you’re not a seasoned decorator — our chefs are there to guide you step-by-step, sharing insider tips to help your creation stand tall and look spectacular. You’ll also be treated to a Brunetti Classico aperitivo treat, hand-picked to complement the experience and add a touch of indulgence while you sip and build.
