Terms and Conditions: Brunetti Classico x Griffith Bros Coffee Roasters Giveaway

 

1. The promoter is:

SELVAC PTY. LTD (ABN 58 054 023 700) trading as Brunetti Classico (hereinafter referred to as “Brunetti Classico”)

 

2. Eligibility:

2.1 The Brunetti Classico x Griffith Bros Coffee Roasters Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Must be over 18 years of age.
2. Must be a resident of Victoria, Australia.
3. Must not be an employee of Brunetti Classico.
4. Must spend $50 or more in a single transaction at Brunetti Classico Carlton.
5. Must upload a copy of their receipt to the designated entry portal.
6. Must be following both @brunetticlassico and @griffithsbros on Instagram.

 

3. Entry Period:

3.1 The Entry period will commence on 10 August 2023 at 12:00 AM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and conclude on 10 September 2023 at 11:59 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time). All entries must be received within this period.

 

3. Prize Pool:

3.1 The prize pool for the Giveaway is as follows:

1. Grand Prize, awarded to 1 winner: One La Cimbali M21 Junior Coffee Machine & a La Cimbali prize pack (valued at $4,580), and a year’s supply (12 kilos) of coffee beans courtesy of Griffith Bros Coffee Roasters (valued at $480).
2. Second Prizes, awarded to 2 winners: Two winners will receive a three-month’s supply (3 kilos) of coffee beans (Valued at $120 each).
3. Third Prizes, awarded to 7 winners: Seven winners will receive a one-month (1 kilo) supply of coffee beans (valued at $40 each).
4. Each winner will also receive 1 box of biscotti, courtesy of Brunetti Classico (valued at $20.50 each)

 

4. Winner Selection:

4.1 The winners of the Giveaway will be chosen through a random number generation process.

4.2 The winners will be announced via @brunetticlassico’s Instagram on 13 September 2023.

4.3 The winners will also be contacted directly by Brunetti Classico using the contact information provided in the entry portal.

 

5. Prize Claim:

5.1 The winners must respond to the prize notification within five (5) business days.

5.2 If a winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, Brunetti Classico reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a redraw process.

 

6. Prize Delivery:

6.1 The La Cimbali M21 Junior Coffee Machine, year’s supply of coffee beans, and coffee beans will be arranged for delivery by Brunetti Classico. Prizes will be delivered in bulk during September 2023.

6.2 The winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6.3 Brunetti Classico will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prizes to the winners within a reasonable timeframe.

6.4 The delivery address must be within 50kms from Brunetti Classico Carlton, otherwise the winner must come to Brunetti Classico Carlton to collect their prize.

 

7. General Conditions:

7.1 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7.2 Participants consent to join the Brunetti Classico & Griffith Bros mailing lists and receive promotional emails. They may unsubscribe at any time.

7.3 Participants must spend $50 or more in a single transaction at Brunetti Classico Carlton to be eligible for entry into the Giveaway.

7.4 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

7.5 Brunetti Classico reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

7.6 By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Brunetti Classico and Griffith Bros Coffee Roasters the right to use their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.

 

8. Privacy:

8.1 Any personal information provided by participants during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

9.1 By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Brunetti Classico, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prizes.

 

10. Disputes:

10.1 Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
