Brunetti Classico’s Winter Dessert Range features 3 delicious treats including 2 individually portioned goodies to treat yourself and a celebration cake, perfect for sharing with those you love.

Sicilia Celebration Cake

Our Sicile is a delicious 8 portion celebration cake made with a hazelnut and chocolate financier, layered with a velvety vanilla mousse, and topped with a tangy mandarin jelly. It’s a perfect treat for a winter celebration or to share with friends and family.

Raspberry and Pecan Tart

Our Raspberry & Pecan Tart is filled with honey sauce, which gives it a sweet and nutty flavor. It’s then topped with a delightful raspberry coulis and a light mascarpone cream that balances out the sweetness of the tart.

Hazelnut Mocha Slice

For coffee lovers, the Hazelnut Mocha Slice is a must-try dessert. It’s a combination of a chocolate madeleine, hazelnut dacquoise, and espresso ganache, topped with a coffee mousse.
