Terms and Conditions: Brunetti Classico x Segafredo Coffee Machine Bundle Giveaway

1. Promoter:
The promoter is SELVAC PTY. LTD (ABN 58 054 023 700) trading as Brunetti Classico (hereinafter referred to as “Brunetti Classico”).

2. Eligibility:
2.1 The Brunetti Classico x Segafredo Coffee Machine Bundle Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be a resident of Victoria, Australia.

• Must not be an employee of Brunetti Classico or Segafredo.

• Must complete the feedback form and provide valid contact details.

3. Entry Period:
3.1 Entries are valid only on 16 February 2026. All entries must be submitted within this period.

4. Prize:
4.1 The Giveaway prize is one bundle including a Mignon Specialità Smart Grinder and Gaggia Classic GT Espresso Machine, valued at $4,200 AUD.
4.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be chosen by random number generation.
5.2 The winner will be announced within the same week via Brunetti Classico communication channels and contacted directly using the information provided in the entry form.

6. Prize Delivery:
6.1 Delivery is available for locations within 50 km of Coburg.
6.2 Winners outside this area are responsible for organising their own delivery.
6.3 Brunetti Classico and Segafredo are not liable for any damage to the machines during delivery.
6.4 Winners must provide accurate delivery information.

7. General Conditions:
7.1 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
7.2 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
7.3 Brunetti Classico reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive communications from Brunetti Classico regarding the Giveaway and other promotions.

8. Privacy:
8.1 Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
9.1 By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Brunetti Classico, Segafredo, and their affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

10. Disputes:
10.1 Any disputes arising from the Giveaway are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.2 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
